Why settle for less when you can get exactly what you want?
If you haven't found exactly what you're looking for on our website, rest assured our design consultants are here to help.
Maybe you would like to see other sizes and colors options. Or perhaps you have an idea you'd like to share for a piece. In any case, we would love to hear from you.
EyeDance Gallery offers optional size and color solutions for a small additional fee. SIZE customization can generally be applied to all items. COLOR customization, however, is limited to select Studio Prints, and your options will be indicated in the PRODUCT DETAILS page under Product Specifications.
To customize your art, here is what we need from you:
- Email us at info@eyedanceonline.com and tell us which art piece you are
interested in customizing, and the size and/or color palette you have in mind.
- Better still, send us 1-2 digital photos (jpeg format) of your room, and your wall
measurements. It would be helpful to include a straight-on view as one shot.
- If you're not sure what art to select, just tell us the styles and colors you like, and
include a photo of the room setting that shows the place the piece will be located.
If an art piece is being replaced, there's no need to remove it to shoot the photo.
- Please be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached, and the best
time for us to call.
The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to design the perfect tailor-made solution for you. Once we receive your email, one of our Design Pros will call you for a personal consultation. Within the following 48 hours, you will receive two alternate options, each tailored to your specific needs.
For our personalized consultation and customization, we charge $69.00 in addition to the cost of the item. Consultancy charges will be billed to you separately. We will not bill you until you approve our estimate and place an order. We want you to be 100% happy with what you have selected. Please note: Custom art is not returnable, as it has been designed specifically for your space and unique taste. We hope you understand.
