You can order safely and conveniently order online using PayPal and any major credit card. All your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address will be encrypted so that the information cannot be read as it flows over the Internet.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship only in the US and Canada. All online orders qualify for our flat rate shipping of $17.00 per order irrespective of size and number of items, so you can order more than one at a time and incur only one-time shipping costs! . Normally orders are shipped using Standard Ground Delivery and take between 7- 10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for $44 per order with guaranteed delivery within 5 business days.

Can you ship to a PO BOX?
Sorry, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy
Please inspect the package and its contents for any damages upon arrival. If the product is damaged please note what the damage is on the sheet you sign when accepting the product and contact us within 24 hours so we can take care of the problem. If you discover your product is damaged after unpacking, please notify us immediately and we will replace your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing you with exceptional products for enhancing your living space. However, if for any reason you are not happy with our product, please notify us within 48 hours and return your item within 10 business days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding our shipping and handling costs. Custom orders are not returnable. All returnable merchandise must be sent freight prepaid and must be in its original condition as shipped, in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed once we receive your shipment.

Important: Before returning any item, please fill in the Return Form for return authorization and we will send you information on where to ship the merchandise.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
You do not pay sales tax unless you are in the State of Arizona. Orders shipped to destinations within the state of Arizona will be subject to an 8.05% sales tax.

How can I track my order?
When we ship the item, we will send you a tracking number and the name of the shipping company.

What if I never received my order?
Please look the status of your order by checking your tracking number with the shipping company. If the status of your order is "delivered" and you have not received it, please email us immediately.
